Cancellation and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Handwriting Speaks.


a) Once purchased, our courses, workshops and/or services cannot be cancelled and are non-refundable, due to the sensitive, proprietary nature of the copyrighted content.

b) You may however choose to join a different batch within 3 months of purchase (in case of online and offline courses or workshops) or let another candidate attend the course or workshop instead of you (for both online and offline courses or workshops).

c) The completion certificate will only be issued once and in the name of the candidate attending the complete course or workshop after passing the required examination or completing the given assignment (whichever is applicable).

d) If you have any additional questions or would like to request a batch change or candidate name transfer, feel free to contact us on the respective support emails mentioned in the FAQ section of the course or workshop.

e) The request for batch change or candidate name transfer should be made at least 7 days prior to the start of the course or workshop, post which you will not be eligible for any changes in batch or candidate name.

f) If a candidate fails to attend the course or workshop, he/she will be marked absent and no extended access will be provided over above the mentioned validity of modules/lessons. The candidate is also not eligible for a refund.

g) Any batch transfers, refunds or cancellations are at the discretion of Handwriting Speaks.

h) For any technical issues that you face, the first step of action would be to contact the respective support mails mentioned in the FAQ section of the course or workshop. Our support team will help you with the technical issue. The time of response shall be a minimum of 2 working days.


While I have gone to great lengths to build exhaustive resources containing all of the necessary lessons, tools, and practice materials to ensure students will have success after taking these courses (Including Signature Analysis Program, SAP), I can’t guarantee that all students will be successful at analysing Handwriting and Signatures.

Signature Analysis Program (SAP) is primarily a course for personal growth and development. It is not a guarantee of success or income merely by completing the course. All students who enroll acknowledge this fact and agree that your success is solely your responsibility. I will guide you with the best intentions and efforts but you have to walk your path.

As our customer, when you come across a concern regarding your progress in the course, please contact us on the respective support emails mentioned in the FAQ section of the course. We will walk you through a solution at best in our capacity.
